复方菝葜治疗非小细胞肺癌的研究进展方良子摘 要:肺癌是发病率和死亡率增长最快,对人群健康和生命威胁最大的恶性肿瘤之一,而非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)约占全部肺癌的80%~90%。

单纯的放疗、化疗或手术治疗,在缓解患者痛苦和治疗中晚期患者中效果不佳。

近年来采用中药复方或中药复方辅助西医手段治疗非小细胞肺癌的研究不断取得新的进展。

研究表明,复方菝葜可能通过促进细胞免疫和诱导癌症细胞凋亡的途径治疗NSCLC,表现出显著改善患者症状,提高生存质量,延长患者生存期的作用。

本文对复方菝葜治疗NSCLC的临床及机理试验研究进行综述,旨在阐明复方菝葜治疗NSCLC的作用及机制,为复方菝葜的现代化研究及开发提供依据。

Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) accounts for 80% to 90% of all lung cancers. Simple radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or surgical treatment is not effective in relieving patients pain and treating patients with advanced NSCLC. In recent years, the use of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) compound or TCM to assist Western medicine in the treatment of NSCLC research has made new progress. Previous investigators have demonstrated that compound rhizoma smilacinus may treat NSCLC by promoting cellular immunity and inducing apoptosis of cancer cells, showing significant improvement in patients symptoms, improving the quality of life, and prolonging the survival of patients. This review summarizes the clinical and mechanistic experimental studies of compound glycosides in the treatment of NSCLC, aiming to elucidate the effects and mechanisms of compound rhizoma smilacinus in the treatment of NSCLC, and provide evidence for the modernization and development of compound tinea quinones.Keywords: Compound Rhizoma Smilacinus; Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer; Serum Pharmacology; Network Pharmacology据WHO统计,自2008年起,肺癌在中国取代肝癌成为癌症死亡的首要原因,发病率也位居第一[1,2]。

肺癌是最常见的呼吸系统恶性肿瘤,分为小细胞肺癌和非小细胞肺癌 (non-small cell lung cancer, NSCLC) 2大类,后者占全球肺癌病例的80%~90%[3-4]。

NSCLC是一种异质性肿瘤,可进一步分为鳞状细胞癌、腺癌和大细胞癌,与小细胞癌相比其癌细胞生长分裂较慢,扩散转移相对较晚。

过去数十年中,肺癌诊治的各个方面都取得了重大进展,包括筛查、诊断评估、手术、放疗和化疗并逐步走向以非侵入性、内窥镜和图像为基础的诊治方法[5-6]。
