糖酵解在肝星状细胞中的功能与意义黄天麒1,张峰1,郑仕中11江苏省中药药效与安全性评价重点实验室,南京中医药大学,南京 210023摘要:肝星状细胞(HSC)是肝脏分泌细胞外基质的主要细胞,在肝纤维化的发展机制中占有重要的地位。

而肝星状细胞的能量代谢则依赖糖酵解这一途径。

催化糖酵解反应的一系列酶存在于细胞质中,因此糖酵解全部反应过程均在细胞质中进行。

糖酵解是所有生物体进行葡萄糖分解代谢所必须经过的共同阶段。

而肝星状细胞则通过糖酵解来获取能量从而促进其生长。

近年随着分子生物学技术的发展及细胞凋亡机制的研究取得重大进展,糖酵解与肝星状细胞关系的研究也取得许多成果。

本文就糖酵解在肝星状细胞中的功能与意义作一总结。

And the energy metabolism of HSC is dependent on glycolysis. Glycolysis is the process of glucose or glucogen producing pyruvic acid by a series of enzymatic reactions under anaerobic or anoxic conditions, and then reducing into lactic acid. A series of enzymes that catalyze glycolysis are present in the cytoplasm, so the whole process of glycolysis is carried out in the cytoplasm. Glycolysis is a common stage that must be passed through the metabolism of glucose in all organisms. And HSC obtain energy by glycolysis to promote their growth. In recent years, great progress has been made in the development of molecular biology technology and the mechanism of cell apoptosis, the research on the relationship between glycolysis and HSC has also achieved many results. In this paper, the function and significance of glycolysis in hepatic stellate cells are summarized.Key Words: Hepatic Stellate Cells, Glycolysis代谢为新陈代谢的简称。
