雷公藤甲素致肝毒性及减毒机制研究进展[摘要] 中医药在我国已经有数千年的发展历史，随着人们对中医药的研究也越来越关注。
中药临床应用有其显著优点，但是，近些年，诸多临床毒副反应实例和一些新方法新技术研究的结合也表明，某些药物也确实有毒副反应。
雷公藤具有抗炎、免疫调节、抗生育等生物活性，但是对消化、生殖、泌尿、循环系统有较严重的毒性。
雷公藤甲素是其主要活性成分和致肝毒性主要成分，其肝脏毒性较为显著，引起了人们密切的关注。
本文对雷公藤甲素致肝毒性及减毒机制做出了综述，以期为中药的合理利用提供可靠的依据。

Along with the research of traditional Chinese medicine, people pay more and more attention. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) clinical application has its obvious advantages, but, in recent years, many clinical examples of adverse reaction and the combination of some new methods of new technology research also suggests that some drugs are indeed toxic side effects. Tripterygium wilfordii has anti-inflammatory, immune regulation, antibiotics and other biological activities, but has serious toxicity to digestion, reproduction, urinary and circulatory system. Triptolide is the main active ingredient and the main component of hepatotoxicity. In particular, the liver toxicity is more significant, which has attracted close attention.
