苦参含量测定的研究进展
摘要 苦参为豆科植物苦参( Sophora flavescens Ait. )的干燥根。由于其具有抗菌抗炎、清热燥湿、杀虫等功效，被广泛用于中成药及复方制剂中。苦参的主要有效成分为生物碱类，其含量测定的方法有许多，本文分别对单生物碱和总生物碱的测量方法进行论述，为进一步研究复方苦参洗剂中苦参碱及氧化苦参碱含量测定的方法，并对其质量进行评价。

摘要 苦参为豆科植物苦参( Sophora flavescens Ait. )的干燥根。主产于我国河北北部、河南西部等地。具有清热燥湿、利尿、杀虫等功能，用于治疗热痢、便血、黄疸、疥癣麻风等。本文综述了苦参的化学成分、药理作用及含量测定的现代研究进展。
AbstractSophora flavescens is the dry root of Sophora flavescensAit. Because it has antibacterial anti-inflammatory, heat dampness, insecticidal effect, it is widely used in traditional Chinese medicine and compound preparation. The main active ingredient of Sophora flavescensisalkaloids, there are many methods for measuring the content,the paper discuss the measuring method of single alkaloid and total alkaloid for further study on the measuring methodof matrine and Oxymatrine in Compound Sophora flavescens Lotion and evaluating its quality.
