毛冬青化学成分的研究进展

摘要：毛冬青为冬青科（Aquifoliaceae）冬青属植物Ilex pubescens，毛冬青又名乌尾丁、六月霜、细叶冬青等。生于山野坡地、丘陵等灌木丛中。主产广东、广西、安徽、福建、浙江等地。主治清热解毒、活血通络等。

毛冬青作为中药使用历史悠久，曾收载于1977年版《中国药典》。其中毛冬青甲素（毛冬青酸的半合成衍生物）因其在治疗心血管疾病方面有较好的活性而被广泛关注。为了促进毛冬青的研究与进一步开发利用，本文对毛冬青化学成分研究进展及毛冬青的药理作用进行了综述，并对其开发利用进行了展望。

Research Progress on Chemical constituents of Ilex pubescens

Abstract:Ilex pubescensbelongs to Aquifoliaceaeis alsoknown as Umsurea, June frost, holly, woolly cloak, and so on.It usually grows on hillsides, hills and other shrubsand mainly distrubuted in provinces such as Guangdong, Guangxi, Anhui, Fujian, and Zhejiang. Its activity include clearing heat and detoxifying, activating blood circulation and clearing collaterals.

Ilex pubescenshas a long history as a traditional Chinese medicine, which was collected in 1977 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Among them, Iexonin A(a semi-synthetic derivative of Ilexolicacid) has attracted wide attention because of its good activity in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.In order to furtherthe research and utilization of Ilex pubescens, this paper reviewed the research progress of chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Ilex pubescens. Furthermorethe prospect advance of Ilex pubescenswasforecasted.
