摘要

本研究以壳聚糖、环氧树脂、三聚氰胺为基础原料,通过将环氧树脂加入醋酸溶解的壳聚糖溶液中,与三聚氰胺溶解搅拌等步骤快速制得水凝胶,通过改变环氧树脂的种类,分析不同条件下制得的水凝胶的形状记忆的变化,探讨工艺参数对pH响应的敏感度的影响,以获得较优的pH响应的水凝胶的制备工艺参数

Preparation and Properties of Epoxy Resin / chitosan pH responsive Hydrogel

Abstract:

Based on chitosan, epoxy resin and melamine, hydrogels were prepared by adding epoxy resin to chitosan solution dissolved in acetic acid and stirring with melamine. The change of shape memory of hydrogels prepared under different conditions was analyzed, and the influence of process parameters on the sensitivity of pH response was discussed, so as to obtain the better preparation parameters of hydrogels with pH response.
