改性玻璃纤维增强速生层积材的国内外研究进展

摘要

基于速生材材质软、密度及物理力学强度低、易腐朽、易变形等缺点,利用玻璃纤维抗拉强度大,热稳定性强来增强速生材。基于玻璃纤维表面固有的惰性,较差的润湿性以及粘黏性等问题。本文采用等离子体改性技术,以改性玻璃纤维作为增强材料,用于提高速生材基层积材的力学性能。研究改性玻璃纤维表面等离子体改性工艺及改性玻璃纤维与速生材层积材的胶合工艺,分析改性玻璃纤维对速生层积材力学性能的影响,以获得较优的改性玻璃纤维增强速生材的工艺参数。

Research progress of modified glass fiber reinforced fast-growing laminated wood at home and abroad

ABSTRACT

Based on the shortcomings of fast-growing material, such as softness, density and low physical and mechanical strength, easy to decay and easy to deform, the glass fiber has high tensile strength and strong thermal stability to enhance the fast-growing material. However, surface-inert glass fibers have low wettability and poor adhesion. In this paper, the plasma modification technology is used to modify the glass fiber as a reinforcing material to improve the mechanical properties of the base material of the fast-growing material. The surface modification process of modified glass fiber and the bonding process of modified glass fiber and fast-growing laminated material were studied. The influence of modified glass fiber on the mechanical properties of fast-growing laminated timber was analyzed to obtain better modified glass fiber. Enhance the process parameters of fast-growing materials.
