国内本科生导师制研究文献综述
摘要：本科生导师制是培养拔尖创新人才的一种有效模式，是我国高校实行学分制后积极探索实践的一项新的学生教育管理制度运用。本文运用了文献资料法、比较法、分析法等研究方法对我国本科生导师制的研究文献进行了分类叙述。文章分析了近年来我国高校本科生导师制源起、本科生导师制的研究方法、导师制的类型、存在的问题及对策等方面内容并进行了全面、客观的叙述和评价以及简单的谈论了一下自己看法。

Abstract: Tutorial system is an effective mode of top creative talent cultivation, is actively exploring practice after the implementation of credit system in colleges and universities, a new student education management system application. This paper uses the literature material method, comparison method, analysis method and other research methods to research literature are classified description of tutorial system in our country. This paper analyzes the source of tutorial system in colleges and universities in recent years, the research method of the tutorial system, the type of tutorial system, existing problems and countermeasures of content and conducted a comprehensive, objective description and
evaluation, and simple to talk about yourself.
