透明质酸/纳米纤维素复合材料的制备研究

摘 要

透明质酸(HA)是一种以葡萄糖醛酸和N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖胺为双糖单位交替连接而成的黏多糖,是目前为止公认的最佳 保湿成分之一。由于其具有独特的分子结构和理化性质,已被成功应用于化妆品、医学美容、眼科手术、关节 炎治疗等。纳米纤维素作为纤维素基纳米材料的代表,不但保留了天然纤维素的性质,同时赋予纳米粒子以高强度、高比表面积、高抗张强度等特性,能够明显改善材料的光、电、磁等性能,在复合材料、精细化工、医药载体、药物缓释等领域具有广阔的应用前景。本研究利用TEMPO-触媒氧化法制备纳米纤维素(NFC),将制备所得的纳米纤维素与透明质酸的水溶液混合,通过醋酸蒸汽浴法制备得到HA/NFC复合水凝胶材料。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、傅利叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、流变仪对HA/NFC复合水凝胶进行表征。

Preparation of hyaluronic

acid/nanocellulose composites

ABSTRACT

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a kind of mucopolysaccharide, which is composed of glucuronic acid and n-acetylglucosamine. Due to its unique molecular structure and physical and chemical properties, it has been successfully applied in cosmetics, medical cosmetology, ophthalmic surgery, joint inflammation treatment, etc. Nano cellulose, as a representative of the cellulose base of nanomaterials not only retain the properties of natural cellulose, and also give nanoparticles with high strength, high specific surface area, high intensity of features, can significantly improve the material properties, such as light, electricity, magnetic, in composite materials, fine chemical industry, medicine carrier, drug, and other fields has a broad application prospect. In this study, nano-cellulose (NFC) was prepared by TEMPO- catalyst oxidation method. The prepared nano-cellulose was mixed with the aqueous solution of hyaluronic acid, and HA/NFC composite hydrogel material was prepared by acetic acid steam bath method. HA/NFC composite hydrogels were characterized by SEM, FTIR, XRD and rheometer.
