不同无机填料对不饱和聚酯树脂浇注体性能的影响

摘 要

不饱和聚酯树脂是一种热固性树脂,当其在热或引发剂的作用下,可固化成为一种不溶不融的高分子网状聚合物。不饱和聚酯树脂,一般情况下是由不饱和二元酸二元醇或者是饱和二元酸不饱和二元醇缩聚而成的线型高分子化合物。一般情况下,聚酯化缩聚反应是在温度190~220℃下进行,直到达到预期的酸值(或粘度),在聚酯化缩反应结束后,在温度热下加入一定量的乙烯基单体,然后配成粘稠的液体,这样的聚合物溶液被称之为不饱和聚酯树脂。

不饱和聚酯复合材料制品具有高强度、成品率高、轻质量、加工工艺简单等许多优点,是很多材料的替代品。因此,对不饱和聚酯树脂进行不同的无机填料的混合,得到改性的不饱和聚酯树脂,是当今研究重要的一个方向。不同无机填料对不饱和聚酯树脂已经被许多地方所应用。

本文以通用型不饱和聚酯树脂为基体,分别以滑石粉,粉煤灰,碳酸钙粉为无机填料,进行了复合材料配方的设计与实验,对制备的复合材料进行了拉伸强度测试、弯曲强度测试以及冲击强度的测试,相互进行对比,比较出不同的无机填料对不饱和聚酯树脂浇注体性能的影响。

Abstract

Unsaturated polyester resin is a kind of thermosetting resin, which can be solidified into a kind of insoluble polymer network. Unsaturated polyester resin, normally by unsaturated dicarboxylic acid diol or linear polymer saturated unsaturated dicarboxylic acid diol condensed. In general, polyester polycondensation reaction is carried out at a temperature of 190 DEG to 220 DEG C, until it reaches the expected value (or viscosity), the polyester shrinkage after the reaction, the vinyl monomer was added to the temperature of the heat, and then with a viscous liquid, the polymer solution is known for unsaturated polyester resin.

Unsaturated polyester composite material has many advantages, such as high strength, high yield, light weight, simple processing technology and so on. Therefore, it is an important research direction to study the unsaturated polyester resin for the unsaturated polyester resin. Unsaturated polyester resins with different inorganic fillers have been used in many places.
