关于高层建筑给排水设计综述

摘要:高层建筑给排水系统是高层建筑的重要组成部分,是保障建筑基本使用性能的基础,也是保证居民生命财产安全的关键。高层建筑给排水系统越来越高的重要性对其设计质量提出了更高得要求。本文在高层建筑给排水设计现状的基础上,从新型给排水管材,设备等方面阐述了高层建筑给排水的优化措施。关于高层建筑给排水设计,当前主要的问题是要注意节水,节能和安全问题。从而提升高层建筑给排水系统的设计水平。

An overview of water supply and drainage design for high-rise buildings

Abstract:High-rise building water supply and drainage system is an important part of high-rise building, is to ensure the basic performance of building foundation, also is the key to guarantee people life and property safety of the importance of high-rise building water supply and drainage system is more and more high more challenges to the quality of the design in this paper, on the basis of the present situation of high-rise building water supply and drainage design, from the new water supply and drainage pipe material, equipment, etc, expounds the optimization measures of high-rise building water supply and drainage of high-rise building water supply and drainage design, the current main problem is to pay attention to the water saving, energy saving and safety problems so as to improve the design of high-rise building water supply and drainage system

一、前言

随着我国社会经济的不断发展提高,城市化进程的加快,高层建筑的建设越来越多。而对于超高层建筑来说,保证其实用性和安全性极为必要的,因此有必要严格关注给排水及消防系统的设计工作。设计人员通过解决设计和施工中遇到的问题,不断总结和完善设计技术,以达到安全、合理、经济的目的。

二、高层建筑给水系统设计现状

给水系统静水压力大。对高层建筑供水时,如果只采用一个分区进行供水,由于底层的水压过高,龙头及阀门等配件会迅速缩短其使用寿命,造成漏水或阀门开启后难以关闭的现象。如若底层供水不做减压措施,更会使其出水流量比设计流量大,管内流速增加,致使管道产生流水噪音、震动噪音,顶层的龙头产生负压抽吸现象,导致供水回流,污染水源。所以对高层建筑进行供水时,必须合理的竖向分区,使静水压力降低,来保证系统的安全运行。对于给水系统竖向分区及减压的标准,在《建筑给水排水设计规范》GB50015-2003中3.3.5条有明确的规定。
