摘要：公园是城市社会空间的重要组成部分，具有公共物品的属性，是城市居民周末、节假日休闲出行的重要目的地。特大公园一般指占地规模较大，具有显著的生态效益、社会效益、经济效益和游憩价值的综合性绿色生态公园，如上海滨江森林公园、辰山植物园、顾村公园等。特大公
园由于尺度较大，在游园高峰时期会吸引大量游客，对周边交通产生显著影响，也对公园配套交通设施提出更高的规划要求；而在游园低谷时期，与其他公园一样都会面临游客寥寥、设施空置等情况。由于特大公园客流特征与常规用地客流存在较大区别，其交通设施(主要指外部交通设施)规划不能完全参照其他用地。对于公园地区交通设施规划，有部分学者开展了相关研究。公园交通系统规划设计的重要性和独特性，发策略进行对比研究，内容侧重于公园本身的规划和开发，少量内容涉及内部道路设计、
停车场规模设置、游客容量的限制等。概括而言，既有研究对于公园外部交通设施规划尚未有系统性分析。

Abstract: regional cultural theme park is not only a simple green space and tourist attraction in the city, but also plays an important role in inheriting the urban context. The regional cultural theme park has its own characteristics, showing the history, culture and spirit of the times in different cities. The history of the city is unique and extremely regional, and its cultural connotation is the product of a specific environment. The cultural expression in the landscape design of the theme park is mainly aimed at the landscape creativity and practice with culture as the theme. Therefore, we should actively explore new design techniques and develop new design concepts, and actively seek inspiration from the unique history and culture of the city in the colorful design styles and design techniques. The concept of regional culture theme park are defined and put forward the theme park regional culture landscape expression strategy, finally through the actual project huangmeng culture theme park landscape design as a research example for the cultural theme park landscape design method were verified, the purpose is to study through the combination of theory and practice the expression of a clear cultural theme park landscape design, to analyze the influencing factors of theme park landscape development, evolution of clear theme park itself, summed up the experience in the development and teaching of I; II, in order to find out suitable for our country and the people of the cultural theme park development road.
