铁杉碳化木扩散系数的研究
摘 要
研究铁杉碳化木水分非稳态扩散性及其影响它的因素,讨论了铁杉碳化木的水分非稳态的基本规律。还需讨论铁杉碳化木的径向和弦向之间的扩散性系数的关系。碳化木是经过200℃左右的高温炭化技术处理的木材,研究不同碳化温度对扩散系数的影响,选取170℃,190℃,203℃三个温度进行碳化。测量扩散系数时,需要采用不同的温度,不同的相对湿度分别对试件的不同方向检测。采取的温度和湿度70℃/50%,70℃/70%,70℃/90%。对处理材和对照材同时进行。碳化处理的温度越高,铁杉碳化木的扩散系数越小。铁杉碳化木试材的弦向扩散系数大于径向扩散系数。介质温度不变,湿度变大,铁杉碳化木试材的径向和弦向的扩散系数变大。

Study on Diffusion Coefficient of Hemlock Harbonized Wood
Abstract
This paper studies the water unsteady diffusivity of hemlock carbonized wood and its influencing factors, and discusses the basic law of water unsteady of hemlock carbonized wood. The relation of diffusivity coefficient between radial chord directions of hemlock carbonized wood is also discussed. Carbonized wood is wood treated by high temperature carbonization technology at about 200℃. The influence of different carbonization temperatures on diffusion coefficient is studied. Carbonization is carried out at 170℃, 190℃ and 203℃. When measuring the diffusion coefficient, different temperatures and relative humidity should be adopted to detect the different directions of the specimen. Take the temperature and humidity 70℃/ 50%, 70℃/ 70%, 70℃/ 90%. Treat and control materials simultaneously. The higher the temperature of carbonization treatment, the lower the diffusion coefficient of hemlock carbonized wood. The chordal diffusion coefficient of hemlock carbonized wood is larger than radial diffusion coefficient. The diffusion coefficient of radial chord direction of hemlock carbonized wood test material increases when the temperature of medium remains unchanged and humidity increases.
