装配式轻型木结构楼板模块化

摘要: 随着国家《中共中央国务院关于加强城市规划建设管理工作的若干意见》提出大力推广装配式建筑,在具备能力的地方倡导发展现代木结构建筑。而轻型木结构建筑体系源于北美,目前国内外多为两种形式,平台式骨架建筑和连续式墙骨柱骨架建筑。对于装配式木结构建筑采用平台式骨架结构。装配式轻型木结构是指通过采用适合的,先进的装备与工艺和技术,对整体房屋进行工厂预制作,在施工现场进行合理科学地施工拼接。提高施工专业化和机械化水平,减少复杂,繁重的湿作业或手工操作。其应具备工业化生产,标准化制作,易地重建等绿色建筑的特点,加之其施工周期短,抗震性能好,节约劳动力等优点。楼板除了竖向载荷传递到墙体和柱子以外,还应该考虑横向载荷分配和传递到剪力墙,所以设计时应该具有足够的刚度,承担房屋水平横隔的作用,同时在预制结构中楼盖体系的连接构造及安装方法也需要被充分考虑。

Modularization of assembled light wood floor

Abstract: With the 'Some Opinions of the State Council of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Strengthening the Management of Urban Planning and Construction', it is proposed to vigorously promote assembly-type buildings and advocate the development of modern wooden structures in places with ability. The light wood structure architecture system originated from North America. At present, there are two forms at home and abroad, platform skeleton building and continuous wall skeleton building. Platform skeleton structure is adopted for assembly timber structure building. Assembled light wood structure refers to the use of appropriate, advanced equipment, technology and technology to pre-fabricate the whole house in the factory, reasonable and scientific construction splicing in the construction site. Improve the level of construction specialization and mechanization, reduce complex and heavy wet operation or manual operation. It should have the characteristics of industrialized production, standardized production, easy reconstruction and other green buildings. In addition, it has the advantages of short construction period, good seismic performance and labor saving. In addition to vertical load transfer to walls and columns, floor slabs should also consider lateral load distribution and transfer to shear walls, so they should be designed with sufficient stiffness to bear the role of horizontal diaphragm of houses, and the connection structure and installation method of floor system in prefabricated structures should also be fully considered.

1 研究目的及意义

本课题对装配式轻型木结构建筑楼板进行模块化设计,基于传统轻型木结构楼板现场施工,在工厂进行楼板预制化,以至于整装楼板或者整体结构细节拆分能使其在现场进行组装来减少施工周期,湿作业,劳动力等。
