长储存期MF浸渍纸研究

摘要
三聚氰胺树脂浸渍纸是一种重要的人造板表面装饰材料。可是由于三聚氰胺树脂在初期性质极活泼，结构不稳定。分子间易于相互交联而成絮凝状，导致浸渍纸贮存时间短，大大影响三聚氰胺树脂浸渍纸使用。国内外多通过控制制备过程原料加量、运用醇类对三聚氰胺树脂进行醚化改性、调整原纸PH值等方法提升三聚氰胺树脂的存储稳定性，并取得了相当大的进展。本文在前人现有的理论基础上，利用乙二醇对三聚氰胺树脂进行醚化改性，以提升三聚氰胺树脂浸渍纸的存储期。

Study on Long-Term Storage of Melamine Impregnated Paper
Abstract
Melamine resin impregnated paper is an important decorative material of artificial board. However, because of the early nature of melamine resin, the structure is unstable. It is easy to cross-link and flocculate between molecules, resulting in short storage time of impregnated paper, which greatly influences the use of melamine resin impregnated paper. More at home and abroad by controlling the added amount of raw materials, preparation process using alcohol to etherification modified melamine resin, adjusting base paper PH method to improve the storage stability of melamine resin, and has made considerable progress. Based on the existing theories, this paper USES ethylene glycol to etherify the melamine resin to improve the storage period of melamine resin impregnated paper.
