杨木单根纤维和薄片力学性能研究

摘要:植物单根纤维力学性能测量是木材科学领域的一项前沿技术,是在细胞水平上对单根纤维进行轴向拉伸的技术。植物纤维尺寸微小,测量困难,被认为是一项国际难题。木材单根纤维力学的研究将木材力学研究从宏观层面提升到细胞水平,有利于建立木材从宏观到微观的完整力学体系。本文综述了木材单根纤维力学性能的测量,研究不同含水状态下单根纤维的抗拉强度和弹性模量。

Study on mechanical properties of poplar single fibers and flakes

ABSTRACT: The measurement of the mechanical properties of individual fibers is a cutting-edge technology in the field of wood science research. It is a technique for axially stretching a single fiber at the cellular level. Plant fibers are small in size and difficult to measure and are considered to be an international problem. The study of single fiber mechanics of wood raises the study of wood mechanics from the macro level to the cellular level, which is conducive to the establishment of a complete mechanical system of wood from macro to micro. In this paper, the mechanical properties of wood single fibers are reviewed, and the tensile strength and elastic modulus of individual fibers in different water conditions are studied.

前言

木材纤维是木材宏观力学性能的主要承载体,单根纤维力学性能的好坏对木材宏观力学性能有着重要的影响。木材单根纤维力学性能测量是木材科学领域的一项前沿技术。但木材单根纤维尺寸微小,在纤维夹持、定向以及纤维横断面面积测量等方面都十分困难。研究木材单根纤维的力学性能,对于构建木材从宏观到微观的完整力学体系以及纤维的选择和优化利用具有重要意义。

本文综述了木材单根纤维力学研究的目的与意义、单根纤维拉伸技术的发展历程以及国内外研究进展,总结研究内容以及展望。
