种子裹衣机设计文献综述

摘要:种子是农业生产不可替代的生产资料,一粒种子可以改变一个世界。在科技迅猛发展的今天,种子裹衣技术不仅可以改善种子形状,还可以改善其强度等物理特性,从而促进它们的生长来满足林业生产的特殊要求[1-2]。本文分别就国内外种子裹衣机的研究成果,归纳出不同设备的特点和不足。总结国内外种子裹衣机目前的研究情况。并在此基础上对设备的性能和结构特点进行深入的对比分析,为种子裹衣机的结构优化设计提出一种新的方案。

The present situation and prospect of the research on seed wrapping machine

Abstract:Seed is the irreplaceable agricultural production. A seed can change a world. Today, with the rapid development in science and technology. The technology of seed coat can not only improve the shape of seed, but also improve its strength and other physical properties. The seed coat technology can promote their growth to meet the special requirements of forestry production. Focusing on the general situation of recent domestic and international research result concerning seed wrapping machine, this paper separately concludes the features and shortcomings of device with different models, so is the research status at home and abroad. In addition, this paper separately makes an analysis of devicesrsquo; capability and structure feature and describes a new method of structure optimized design for seed wrapping machine.

1.前言

林木种子裹衣是利用专用配套设备,按一定的工艺流程和特定的物料配方所完成的种子规格化技术[2]。通过粘合剂的表面张力将物料颗粒凝聚在种子表面,形成一定厚度的衣壳,使种子外形尺寸规格化,其实际上是不破坏种子生命力的一种特殊的造粒技术[3]。目前国内外常采用裹衣机原理有两种:一种是流动法,一种是转动法。根据生产上的需要,由于用途不同,其裹衣目的也不尽相同:主要用于种子规格化,良种的商品化,增加种子的干粒重[4]
