摘 要:高枝修剪是培育树木的重要措施,对树木的生长、成材具有重要的作用。为了满足高枝修剪的需要,高枝修剪工具也在不断地更新换代。目前,国内外的高枝修剪机的类型分为手动无动力和机动有动力两大类修剪机具。由于国外对树木修枝机械的研究与发明起步较早,高枝修剪机械机型齐全,在高枝修剪机的研制方面已经具有成熟的技术和完备的体系。相对于国外而言,国内的修枝机械由于研制起步晚,所以高枝修剪机械类型相对较少,且产量不高。虽然我国的高枝修剪机械已取得了一定的成果,研发制造了可以适应不同工作环境的高枝修枝机,使我国在对树木整形与修剪方面基本告别了手动操作实现了机械化操作,但还有许多不足之处,因此高枝修剪机在当今市场前景十分广阔,设计一种高枝修剪机是十分必要的。

Summary for Design of Tall Tree Pruners

Abstract:High pruning is an important measure to cultivate trees, in order to meet the needs of high pruning, tall tree pruners are constantly upgrading. At present, the domestic and foreign tall tree pruners is divided into two types of unpowered manual and power-operated. The foreign research started with the invention of tree pruning machine early, high pruning machine complete machine ,in the development of tall tree pruners has a mature technology and complete system.Compared with other countries, the domestic development of pruning machinery due to late start, so tall tree pruners types are relatively small, and the yield is not high. Although Chinas tall tree pruners has achieved certain results, and manufacturing tall tree pruners can adapt to different working environments, make our country in the tree shaping and pruning aspects of the basic farewell to the manual operation to achieve mechanized operation ,but there are many shortcomings, so tall tree pruners in todays market has great development prospects, it is necessary to design a tall tree pruners.

1.1 课题研究目的和意义

随着城市化进程的加快,人们对城市的环境的要求也越来越高,而城市绿化面积的多少也成为衡量一个城市生活品质的重要标准。在建设绿色城市的大潮流下,城市绿化的相关行业也在逐渐兴起,而城市绿化的快速发展又推动了园林业的飞速发展。在日新月异的城市绿化景观中,高大种类的树木栽植比例逐年提高,树枝修剪工作在城市绿化养护管理中的比例也越来越高,因此,推广树枝修剪的机械化修剪技术迫在眉睫[1]

树枝修剪是树木培育和森林养护过程中的一项极其重要的工作,对树木的生长、成材具有重要的作用[2]。通过对林木的枯枝、虫枝、病枝进行修理剪除,可以起到以下几点作用:①保持树木良好的生长状态,加强树势的作用;②使林木间通风性增强,改善树木上部透光条件,增强其光合作用;③加强林木的防火条件,提高林木经营的收入;④调解树木的生殖生长与营养生长间的矛盾,令营养物质分配合理;⑤创造出非自然条件下的的植物个貌,满足人们观赏需要[3]
