“电链锯的设计”文献综述

摘要

在当今的机械化林业生产中,动力链锯是主要的采伐工具。据统计,我国采伐机械化程度已达91.7%,动力链锯在林区得到广泛使用。因此生产各种高质量的动力链锯,对发展我国林业生产机械化具有重要意义。本文在综述国内外电链锯发展现状与趋势的基础上,就目前国产电链锯存在的自重大、效率低、立米耗电量多、安全性差等问题产生的原因,作了具体分析。并据此提出国产电链锯提高过载能力减轻重量、改善起动性能以及改进减业速与锯体机构等措施。

Literature Review of the Design of Electric Chain Saw

Abstract

In todays mechanized forestry production,power chain saws are the main logging tools. According to statistics,Chinas cutting mechanization has reached 91.7%,power chain saw in the forest area is widely used. Therefore,the production of high-quality power chain saw,the development of Chinas forestry production mechanization is of great significance. Based on the review of the status and trend of the development of electric chain saws at home and abroad,this paper makes a concrete analysis on the causes of the problems such as large,low efficiency,low power consumption and poor safety. And accordingly proposed domestic electric chain saw to improve the overload capacity to reduce the weight,improve the starting performance and improve the speed reduction and saw body and other measures.

1、研究目的及意义

随着国家对天然林的保护, 人工林已成为木材的主要来源作为森林采伐最主要的工具, 油锯和电链锯的需求量在逐年增长, 并逐渐向排量更小、质量更轻、振动更小、噪声更低等轻型化方向发展,国内需求量的增多,使得进口厂商越来越多地进入我国,随之带来了国际上的最新技术,目前进口机中,电链锯性能越来越优越,已经能逐渐取代油锯[1] 。而进口机中惯性链条制动、侧面调整链张紧器等新结构而国产机型基本没有采用这些新结构,其中有些技术在国外运用已很长时间,但对我们来说仍然是新技术[2]
