农林用油锯设计

摘要

随着国家对天然林的保护,人工林已成为木材的主要来源。而油锯作为一种新颖的、高效的植保机械,具有重量较轻,操作使用方便,生产效率高,劳动成本低等特点,十分适合于进行森林打枝、伐木。由于油锯在使用过程中,锯链的反弹对工作人员的安全产生了一定的威胁,所以本课题主要对油锯的锯链、导板进行改进,以降低油锯在使用过程中的危险性。在油锯中加入惯性链制动器,可以在链锯发生反弹时使锯链停止工作[1];感应系统的安装可以区分人体与木材,让导板能够自动改变切割角度,即方便工作人员的劳动,又让操作过程中更安全,这样对促进国内植保机械、技术有重要意义。

Design of oilseeds in agriculture and forestry

ABSTRACT

With the protection of natural forest, plantation has become the main source of wood. The chain saw as a novel and effective plant protection machinery is very suitable for forest pruning and logging because of itrsquo;s light weight, convenient operation, high production efficiency and low labor cost. Since the chain saw rebound has certain threat on the safety of staff during the use process of the chain saw, so the main improvement of the chain is saw chain and guide board in order to reduce the risk in the process of using the chainsaw. Join the saw chain brake inertia in the chain can stop working when the chain saw rebounds,induction system installation can distinguish between the human body and the wood,so can the guide board automatically change the cutting angle, which is convenient for working, and also make more safe operation. Thus, it is important for the promotion of domestic plant protection machinery technology.

  1. 课题研究目的和意义

园林绿化机械差不多是在农林业机械的基础上发展起来的,随着社会经济的发展,对城市绿化的要求越来越高,因此园林绿化机械产品的需求量也会随之增加。上个世纪70年代,在发达的欧美国家,植保机械就列入了特种农业机械的行列[12]。国内的园林绿化机械产品不多,需从国外引进,这样可以为我国园林绿化机械提供相应的参考。城市化进程过快导致生态环境遭到严重破坏,对人类的生存环境有很大的影响。
