稻秆炭目数对稻秆炭/超高分子量聚乙烯的影响研究

摘要

超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)是一种拥有各项优异性能的的新型热塑性工程塑料。本文主要研究的是生物质炭与UHMWPE复合并对其进行性能测试与分析,选用UHMWPE为基体物质,以稻秆炭作为填充物通过热压成型的方法制备复合材料,通过改变炭的目数来测定产物的性能并进行对比研究。分别观测分析了稻秆炭化粉末的红外表征,测试了复合材料的耐磨性能和力学性能。研究发现,炭塑的耐磨性与力学性能优于同配比的稻秆粉/UHMWPE复合材料,复合材料中稻秆炭的目数越低,复合配比中炭粉含量越低,耐磨性与力学性能也就越好。

Study on the Effect of Biomass Charcoal Processing on the Properties of Charcoal - Plastic Composites

ABSTRACT

Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) is a new type of thermoplastic engineering plastics with excellent performance. In this paper, the properties of biomass charcoal and UHMWPE composites were tested and analyzed. UHMWPE was used as the matrix material, and the composite material was prepared by hot-pressing method using rice straw as the filler, The performance of the product was determined by changing the mesh number of the charcoal and a comparative study was carried out. The infrared spectra of charcoalized powder of rice straw were observed and analyzed, and the abrasion resistance and mechanical properties of the composites were tested. It was found that the abrasion resistance and mechanical properties of charcoal plastic were better than those of rice straw powder / UHMWPE composites, the lower the mesh number of the rice straw in the composite material, the lower the content of the charcoal powder in the compound ratio, and the better the abrasion resistance and the mechanical property.
