键盘的包装结构设计
摘 要
本文介绍了键盘包装的背景及现状，同时也介绍了瓦楞纸箱的性能以及其特点，对比国内外电子产品的包装现状，分析现有键盘包装的特点及不足，设计出了独特的键盘包装。本设计采用瓦楞纸板作为原材料，纸板是非常普及的包装材料，质量轻盈，强度较高，可塑性好且环保无污染，原料成本及制造成本均能让企业接受。并且纸板具有优良的保护性能，易于加工，易于折叠成型，绿色安全环保，可回收再利用。本包装设计利用cad软件设计图纸，采用瓦楞纸板为原材料，外包装及缓冲衬垫均采用瓦楞纸板折叠成型。针对不同外形尺寸重量的键盘来选择一体化缓冲包装或是包装外盒加缓冲衬垫的设计。较轻质的键盘比较适合一体化包装，而有的键盘由于采用金属部件的内部构造从而质量较大，则比较适合外包装配缓冲衬垫的设计。重新设计的包装将主要改善现有包装不能完全固定键盘的不足，通过良好贴合的结构来达到充分固定产品的目的。并且在外包装上体现出方正恰当的工业设计风格，便于产品运输的同时表现出简洁环保的特点，提升产品吸引力。

Abstract
This article describes the background and the status of the keyboard packaging, but also describes the performance of corrugated boxes and their characteristics,Compared the domestic and international electronic product packaging status, analysis of the characteristics and shortcomings of the existing keyboard packaging, designed a unique keyboard packaging. The raw materials is corrugated cardboard, cardboard is a very popular packaging materials, light weight, high strength, good plasticity and environmental,raw material costs and manufacturing costs can allow enterprises to accept.And cardboard has excellent protection performance, easy processing easy folding molding, green security and environmental protection, recyclable. This packaging design using corrugated cardboard as raw materials by ArtiosCAD, outer packaging and cushioning cushion are all used corrugated cardboard to folding molding.For different keyboards to select the integrated buffer packaging or packaging box plus cushioning pad design.Lighter keyboard is more suitable for integrated packaging, and some keyboard due to the internal structure of metal parts and the larger quality, is more suitable for the design of the packaging pad. The Redesigned packaging will mainly improve the existing that packaging can not be completely fixed keyboard ,Through a good fit structure to achieve the purpose of fully fixed products.And reflect the proper industrial design style, easy to transport products and show the characteristics of simple and environmental, enhance product appeal.
