N-氧化吲哚酮1,3-偶极[3 3]环加成反应

摘 要

1,3-偶极环加成具有的最大的特色就是不饱和的链状的化合物通过了环加成直接转变为环状化合物,这类的反应的优点是反应高效、原子利用率高、绿色、所以广泛的应用到了医药化工、化学合成等领域。我们在原有的结构上进行了对官能团进行了修饰或者结构的延伸,从而使它在原有的领域下发挥更加巨大的作用。在前人的基础上,我们做了N-氧化吲哚酮1,3-偶极[3 3]环加成反应,在碱的条件下,生成了对应的吲哚二酮衍生物,尝试优化反应条件,使得反应可以根据彻底,产率更高。所以我们尝试用不同的碱的条件去优化了这个反应,希望可以从中得到更加高的产率以及更加短的时间。

Abstract

The biggest feature of the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition is that unsaturated chain compounds are directly converted to cyclic compounds by cycloaddition. The advantages of this type of reaction are that the reaction is efficient, the atomic utilization is high, and the green color is high. Therefore, it has been widely applied to the fields of pharmaceutical chemicals, chemical synthesis, and so on. We have modified the functional group or extended the structure on the original structure, so that it will play a greater role in the original field. On the basis of our predecessors, we made a 1,3-dipolar [3 3] cycloaddition reaction of N-oxysterone. Under the conditions of the base, the corresponding anthracenedione derivatives were generated. The reaction conditions are optimized so that the reaction can be based on thoroughness and yields are higher. So we tried to optimize this reaction with different base conditions, hoping to get higher yields and shorter times.
