半夏白术天麻汤的药理研究进展

The research progress of BanXia BaiZhu TianMa decoction pharmacological effect

摘要

半夏白术天麻汤出自《医学心悟》［1］，由半夏、白术、天麻、茯苓、陈皮、甘草等等药组成。是治疗风痰证的常用中药方。当代仍然广泛用于中医临床，主治风痰上扰之眩晕头痛、胸闷呕恶、舌苔白腻和耳鸣耳聋等症。为了更好的了解半夏白术天麻汤的现代药理作用和临床运用，以指导临床实践，现将半夏白术天麻汤近几年的药理研究进行整理综述。

Abstract

BanXia BaiZhu TianMa decoction from the 'medical enlightenment', from Pinellia, Atractylodes, Tianma, Poria, dried tangerine peel, licorice and so on. Is the treatment of wind phlegm syndrome commonly used prescription. Contemporary is still widely used in clinical medicine, attending wind phlegm on the disturbance of dizziness, headache, chest tightness, greasy tongue coating and tinnitus deafness embolism. In order to better understand the modern pharmacological effects and clinical application of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in order to guide clinical practice, the pharmacological research of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang in recent years are reviewed and summarized.
