药用植物组织培养应用研究进展

摘要

温郁金(Curcuma wenyujin Y.H. Chen et C. Ling)系姜科姜黄属植物,为著名的道地药材“浙八味”之一。温郁金内含有挥发油、姜黄素类、生物碱、多糖、和各种营养元素等多种化学物质;其有抗肿瘤,抗炎、镇痛、抗流感病毒以及对神经系统的影响和肾脏保护等药效;利用植物组织培养技术可以使温郁金快速繁殖,以满足市场需求;由于温郁金长期的无性繁殖,品质已经严重退化,且受到多种病虫的危害。

Abstract

Curcuma aromatica Salisb is famous authentie medicine in ZheJiang province. It contains volatile oil, curcumin, alkaloids, polysaccharides and various nutrients. It has anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-influenza virus effects on the nervous system and protects the kidney. The plant tissue culture technology of Curcuma can be used to make the multiply rapidly to meet the market demand. Due to the long-term asexual reproduction of Curcuma, the quality has been seriously degraded and affected by a variety of diseases and insects.
