A Review of the Relationships between Career Values, Initiative Personality and Career Planning in Disabled College Students

摘 要

【摘要】本文梳理了职业价值观、主动性人格，职业生涯规划的相关文献，回顾了职业价值观、主动性人格，职业生涯规划的研究历史，对这三者的概念界定、相关理论，测量方法和目前国内外的相关研究进行了介绍，探讨了现有研究的不足，并且对未来的研究方向提出了意见。

Abstract
