装配式框架办公楼设计综述

摘要

随着我国推进以人为核心城市化进程的加快,以及装配式建筑可持续健康发展的需要,装配式建筑已成为建筑行业的一种趋势。与现浇式住宅相比,装配式建筑在节水、省电、绿色、环保等方面的优势明显。但是装配式建筑还存在着设计、施工、制作等方面的协调问题;同时装配式建筑混凝土叠合楼板形式也是多种多样。在目前工程应用中,针对不同尺寸楼板如何选择叠合楼板,使其受力合理、经济实用,仍没有明确的规定和可靠的依据,这成为影响装配式建筑的健康、迅速发展的一个障碍。所以,对装配式建筑楼板的优化选型,在受力合理的基础上,探讨如何取得最大的经济效益、环境效益、社会效益具有很大的现实意义。

ABSTRACT

With the acceleration of the process of human centered urbanization and the need ofsustainable and healthy development of assembly building, assembly building has becomea trend in the construction industry. Compared with the cast-in-situ house, there are manyadvantages of the prefabricated building, such as water saving, electricity saving, coalsaving, green, environmental protection and so on. But there are still some problems in thedesign, construction, production and other aspects of the a prefabricated building, and theforms of the assembly concrete building slabs are various. In the engineering application, there are no clear rules and reliable basis for how to choose the laminated floor of differentsizes, so as to make it reasonable, economical and practical. This has become an obstacleto the healthy and rapid development of assembly buildings. Therefore, on the basis ofreasonable force, it is of great practical significance to discuss how to obtain the maximumeconomic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits.
