高性能微膨胀混凝土力学性能研究

摘 要

随着对于混凝土科学的发展,大量矿物掺合料以及各种优质的外加剂的掺入,高性能混凝土在土木工程得到越来越多的应用,低用水量和低水胶比使得混凝土的强度越来越高,但是随之而来的问题就是混凝土产生了较大的收缩和变形,并因此会出现开裂的现象。通过掺入膨胀剂,利用膨胀剂可以抵消全部或部分的限制收缩,从根本上消除导致混凝土开裂的因素,达到解决开裂问题的目的。因此只要正确掌握高性能微膨胀混凝土的膨胀和强度发展的规律,就可以有效、合理安全的利用补偿收缩、膨胀密实、防止开裂等优异特性。

而本文所研究的内容则是高性能微膨胀混凝土的力学性能,通过对膨胀剂的掺量进行控制变量,以分析膨胀剂对于高性能微膨胀混凝土的力学性能的影响。

目前研究所得出结论是该膨胀剂对于高性能混凝土的抗压强度和抗折强度的影响并不是很大。

Abstract

With the development of concrete science, a large number of mineral admixtures and the addition of various high quality admixtures, high performance concrete has been more and more applied in civil engineering. Low water use and low water glue ratio make the strength of concrete higher and higher, but the following question is that concrete has produced a large contraction. And deformation, and therefore the phenomenon of cracking. By adding the expansive agent, the expansion agent can be used to offset all or part of the limited shrinkage, eliminating the factors that lead to the cracking of concrete, and to solve the problem of cracking. Therefore, as long as the law of expansion and strength development of high performance micro expansive concrete is correctly grasped, the excellent properties of compensation shrinkage, expansion and compaction and cracking can be effectively and reasonably used.
