The project of this design is “a three-span prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge”. This paper investigates the development of prestressed concrete continuous girder bridges at home and abroad, and briefly analyzes the new norms of highway bridges in 2018. The design adopts a box section with strong adaptability and high torsional rigidity. According to the latest specifications, engineering experience on present highway bridge and culvert , and the design literature witch was based on the highway bridge and culvert specification in 2004(JTG D62-2004), the article has designed a few steps for this bridge design. This paper has done some preparations and discussions for the construction plan to the prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge as well.
