南京市罗托鲁拉小区污水处理与雨水利用工程设计
摘要：罗托鲁拉位于南京市江宁区科学园，竹山路与诚信大道交汇处。该项目包含独立别墅、双拼别墅、联排别墅、高层等。小区绿化、水景补充等需要大量的水源补充，由于自来水费用较高，且不符合节水要求，在小区建设过程中配套建设污水处理、雨水回用设施，实现污水和雨水的资源化利用。设计过程中对不同的雨污水回用方案进行比选，结合投资、处理要求、维护管理工作量、运行成本等进行综合经济技术比较，从而选择最优方案。

Engineering Design of Sewage Treatment and Rainwater Utilization in Luotuolula,Nanjing
Abstract:Luotuolula is located in Jiangning Science Park,Nanjing,the intersection of Zhushan Road and Chengxin Avenue.The project contains independent villas, semi detached villas, townhouses, high-rise etc.A large amount of water supply should be added to the greening of the district and the replenishment of the waterscape.Because of the cost of tap water is high and tap water does not meet the requirements of water saving,construction of sewage treatment and rainwater reuse facilities are required during the construction of the village to meet the requirements of resource utilization of sewage and rainwater.different rainwater reuse schemes will be compared during the design process and comprehensive economic and technological comparison is carried out in combination with investment, processing requirements, maintenance management workload, operation cost and so on.At last,choose the best plan.

随着社会经济的发展以及人们生活水平的不断提高，小区居民用水量日益上涨，随之而来的污水量也日益增加。与此同时，由于水资源短缺等问题，雨水的利用一直是需要关注的一个方面。准确完善地处理小区污水以及最大化地利用雨水既可以一定程度上缓解水资源短缺的情况，也可以对水环境起到积极作用。
1.小区污水处理与雨水利用的重要性
很多城市由于城市的发展速度较快，导致市政污水处理滞后于城市发展，在短期内完整的市政系统无法立即建设完毕并投入使用。有的小区远离城市，污水在今后很长一段时间内也难以排入污水处理厂。这样，小区的污水只能近排入地面水体，对周围的水体乃至环境造成一定污染。
