沙发面料的温感舒适性测试与评价
摘 要：沙发作为室内活动中使用频率很高的坐卧类家具，其舒适性很大程度上影响着人们的休息质量。国内不乏对沙发舒适性的关注与研究，但这些研究多集中在尺寸、材质、压力分布等方面，很少涉及温感舒适性这一重要因素。本文以沙发面料的温感舒适性为切入点，选取某公司的4种意大利头层皮面料、2种仿皮面料和1种布艺面料，首先从客观实验数据的角度出发，选择5个测点，分别于高、低室温下记录入座后一段时间内各面料、各测点的温度变化情况，绘制出时间—温度曲线，并对结果进行比较、分析。然后从主观心理感受的角度出发，参照热舒适性7级评价指标和7级热感觉指标，记录入座后不同时间段内人的心理感受变化情况，并对结果进行整理。最后，将客观与主观结果进行对比、分析，得出结论。

The Test and Evaluation on Thermal Comfort of Sofa Fabric
Abstract：Sofa is a type of sitting and lying style furniture with high use frequency in the indoor activities，whose comfort influences the quality of peoplersquo;s rest to a great extent. There were many study on sofarsquo;s comfort at home，which，however，focused on size，material and pressure distribution majority and payed little attention on thermal comfort. Based on the entry point of sofa fabricrsquo;s thermal comfort，this paper selects 4 kinds of Italian first layer leather fabrics，2 kinds of imitation leather fabrics and 1 kind of cloth fabric as objects of study. Firstly，from the perspective of objective experimental data，this experiment elects 5 measuring points，records their temperature changes of every fabric in high or low indoor temperature after sitting down，draws the time-temperature curve and finally analyzes the result. Secondly，from the perspective of subjective feeling，referring to thermal comfort level 7 evaluation indexes and level 7 thermal sensation，this experiment records the change of the psychological feelings after sitting down and analyzes the result. Eventually，we make comparison and analysis on objective and subjective results and arrive at a conclusion.

1 研究目的与意义
人们一天当中的动作主要有坐、卧、站等，无论是工作还是休息，坐姿都占有相当大的比例。沙发作为室内坐姿活动的高频使用家具，其舒适性很大程度上影响着人们的工作状况与休息质量。
如今国内外都投入大量的人员与资金对沙发的舒适性进行研究，但这些研究大多集中在沙发尺寸、海绵与弹簧种类、压力分布等方面。实际上，沙发的舒适性不仅与尺寸、材质、压力分布有关，还取决于很多其他因素。
