酶解淀粉表面施胶增强家具外包装瓦楞纸板性能研究

以昆山白玉兰家具有限公司的美式橱柜外包装材料——三层、五层瓦楞纸板为研究对象,通过将改性酶解淀粉均匀涂布于家具包装瓦楞纸板底层表面,研究改性淀粉配比、涂布工艺对增强瓦楞纸板的力学性能(平压、边压和挺度)的影响,进而寻求用于家具外包装瓦楞纸板增强的改性淀粉及涂布工艺的最佳工艺参数,从而为家具企业提供可行有效的新型外包装材料优化方案。主要试验内容:1.制备酶解淀粉;2.通过辊涂的方式将配制好的淀粉溶液分别涂布于三层、五层瓦楞纸底层纸表面(影响因素:施胶量、施胶温度);3.将干燥后的瓦楞纸进行力学性能测试(平压、边压与挺度);4.加入纳米纤维素进行对比实验。最终得出实验结论并总结最佳方案。

The study on enzymatic hydrolysis of starch coated on the surface to enhance the performance of outer packing corrugated paper of furniture

ABSTRACT

Take outer packing materials of American cabinet of Kunshan Baiyulan Furniture Co Ltd—corrugated paper of three or five layers as object of study.Based on the modified enzymatic hydrolysis of starch being coated on the bottom surface of corrugated boards of furniture evenly,the experiment researches the effects of modified starch ratio and coating process which strengthen the mechanical properties of corrugated paper (flat pressure, edge pressure and stiffness).Then the experiment seeks the best technological parameters of modified starch, so as to provide the feasible and effective plan including the new type of outer packing materials for furniture enterprises.The main contents of the experiment:1.Prepare enzymatic hydrolysis of starch;2.Coating the prepared starch solution on the bottom surface of the corrugated paper of three or five layers by coil coating(influence factors:Sizing and sizing temperature);3.Test mechanical properties of the dried corrugated paper,including flat pressure, edge pressure and stiffness;4.Do the contrastive experiment by adding nano cellulose.Finally,get the conclusion of the experiment and the best plan.
