真空热处理温度对竹材物理力学性能的影响文献综述

摘要:我国竹资源丰富,素有“竹子王国”的美称,竹材的应用在我国有着悠久的历史,随着制造技术的发展,竹材得到更加充分广泛的应用,竹材易劈裂影响正常使用,就需要相应的处理增强竹材的各项性能。竹材的性能与木材类似所以现在大部分竹材的处理方法都是借鉴木材处理的方法,其中通过加热的方式处理竹材,不仅可以杀虫灭菌,对环境也没有污染。热处理可有效降低木材尺寸稳定性但往往造成强度下降,真空热处理可在提高尺寸稳定性的同时有效保留木材强度,但对竹材的适用性尚缺乏研究。本课题拟探讨真空热处理对竹材物理力学性能的影响,为竹材真空热处理提供依据。此次文献参考和阅读主要是竹材热处理对竹材物理力学性能的影响和真空热处理木材的温度的了解与探究,为之后对竹材真空热处理温度进行预测与选定。

Literature Review on the Effect of Vacuum Heat Treatment Temperature on the Physical and Mechanical Properties of Bamboo

ABSTRACT

China is rich in bamboo resources, known as the 'kingdom of bamboo'. The application of bamboo has a long history in China. With the development of manufacturing technology, bamboo has been more widely used. Bamboo splitting easily affects the normal use of bamboo, so corresponding treatment is needed to enhance the performance of bamboo. The performance of bamboo is similar to that of wood, so now most of the bamboo treatment methods are based on the wood treatment methods. The bamboo treatment by heating can not only kill and sterilize, but also not pollute the environment. Heat treatment can effectively reduce the dimensional stability of wood, but often results in a decrease in strength. Vacuum heat treatment can improve the dimensional stability while effectively retaining the strength of wood, but the applicability of bamboo is still lack of research. This topic intends to explore the effect of vacuum heat treatment on the physical and mechanical properties of bamboo, and provide a basis for vacuum heat treatment of bamboo. The literature reference and reading are mainly about the influence of bamboo heat treatment on the physical and mechanical properties of bamboo and the understanding and exploration of the temperature of bamboo vacuum heat treatment, so as to predict and select the temperature of bamboo vacuum heat treatment.
