实木零件椭圆榫和偏心连接件的力学强度比较研究

摘 要

本文对实木椭圆形榫和偏心连接件连接实木构件时力学强度的比较,主要是对椭圆形榫榫头厚度、宽度与榫眼配合参数对榫接合的抗拔和抗弯强度影响;偏心连接件预埋螺母与孔径配合量对力学强度的影响;椭圆形榫和偏心连接件的力学强度的比较。对这几个方面进行了研究,并得出以下结果;

Research on mechanical strength of elliptic tenon and eccentric connection part of solid wood parts

ABSTRACT

In this paper, the influence of the thickness, width and mortise-fit parameters of the tenon on the pulling and bending strength of the tenon is studied by comparing the mechanical strength of the tenon with the eccentricity joint. The influence of the fit amount of the embedded nut and the aperture on the mechanical strength; Comparison of mechanical strength between elliptic tenon and eccentric joint. These aspects are studied and the following results are obtained.
