单盘转子系统在变结构情况下的动力学特性分析文献综述

摘要

现代机械设备发展的一个明显的趋势是向大型化、高速化、连续化和自动化的方向发展。由此而导致设备的功能越来越多,性能指标越来越高,组成和结构越来越复杂,机械中转子,尤其是高速转子所占比例越来越大,机械部件构成所需要的转子系统也越来越多。在机械运作方面合理的利用,运用转子系统,是企业提高经济效益和社会效益的必要前提。

近三十年来,随着微电子技术,计算机技术以及由此而引发的信息技术革命向古老传统机械科学领域的渗透,可以通过先进技术使得对传统机械研究更加直观,便于理解。本论文以转子为主要研究对象,基于MATLAB系统对转子系统产生的振动信号进行采集、存取并进行时频域分析,对其在其转动轴上不同位置的振动监测进行了分析研究。

Abstract

A clear trend of the development of modern mechanical equipment is to the direction of large-scale, high-speed, continuous and automation. This leads to more and more function, performance index is getting higher and higher, composition and structure is becoming more and more complex, mechanical rotor, especially high speed rotor accounts for the proportion is more and more, mechanical components of rotor system is also increasing. Reasonable use of the mechanical operation, the use of the rotor system, is a necessary prerequisite for enterprises to improve economic efficiency and social benefits.

Nearly 30 years, with the development of micro electronics technology, computer technology and thus infiltration caused by the information technology revolution to the traditional mechanical science can through advanced technology makes the traditional mechanical research more intuitive and easy to understand. In this paper, the rotor as the main research object, the vibration signal based on the MATLAB system of the rotor system for collecting, storing and frequency domain analysis, the research and analysis was done on the rotating shaft on the different positions of the vibration monitoring.
