中密度多层热压机主油缸及油路设计
摘 要
热压机是人造板生产中最重要的设备之一。发展人造板产业是提高木材利用率的有效途径，生产中密度纤维板(MDF)的热压机主要是多层压机和连续压机，但用于生产中密度纤维板的连续压机要依赖进口，主要由欧洲地区垄断。我国的中密度纤维板生产线以及我国出口到国外的中密度纤维板生产线仍然以多层压机系统为主。
本文针对中密度多层热压机主油缸及油路进行设计，主油缸为柱塞缸形式，因为柱塞缸的柱塞与缸筒不需配合要求，缸筒内孔不需要精加工；采用法兰式的安装方式，设计良好的密封结构，采用优良的密封形式与导向机构以保证主油缸的良好工作环境；缸体选型，校核计算缸体厚度，以保证在高压的工作环境下，缸筒能够长时间的工作。此设计以导热油为加热介质，加热管路中的进、出油总管在整个高度上分成三个互不相通的区域，上下两块区域分别给四块热压板供油，中间区域为五块热压板供油。供油管路用五通连接，所有油管在联结前必须进行酸洗防锈处理。

Design of Main Cylinder and Oil Circuit of Medium Density Multilayer Hot Press
ABSTRACT
Hot press is one of the most important equipment in the production of wood-based panel. The development of wood-based panel industry is an effective way to improve the utilization rate of wood, the hot press used in the production of MDF is mainly multi-layer press and continuous press, but for the continuous press production of MDF to rely on imports, mainly by European Regional monopoly. MDF production line in our country and our country medium density fiberboard exports to overseas production line is still in the multi-layer press system.
In this paper, the main cylinder and oil circuit of medium density multi-layer hot press are designed, the main cylinder is a plunger cylinder, because the plunger of the plunger cylinder does not match the cylinder, the cylinder bore does not need finishing; The installation of flange type, good sealing structure design, with excellent sealing and guiding mechanism to ensure the good work environment of the main cylinder; Cylinder block type selection, check and calculate the thickness of the cylinder block to ensure that the cylinder can work for a long time under high pressure working environment. The design is based on the heat conduction oil as heating medium, heating pipe in the oil inlet and outlet duct is divided into three regions which are not communicated in the whole height, upper and lower two regions respectively to four hot plate supply, the middle region is five pieces of hot plate supply. The oil supply pipeline is connected by five-way connection. All the oil pipelines must be pickled and rust-proof before connection.
