速差防坠器性能测试系统设计

摘 要

防坠落的系统分为:垂直生命系统与水平生命系统。水平生命系统用的比较广泛。速差防坠器是这个系统的一部分,它能在限定距离内快速制动锁定坠落物体 ,适合于货物吊装,保护地面操作人员的生命安全和被吊工件物体的损坏 。适用于天车起吊时防止被吊工件意外坠落时的安全防护,能有效地保护地面操作人员的生命安全和被吊工件物体的损坏,应用于冶金汽车制造,石油化工、工程建设、电力、船舶、通讯、制药、桥梁等高处作业场所。

速差防坠器利用物体下坠速度差进行自控,高挂低用。在使用半径内,不需更换悬挂点。正常使用时,安全绳将随人体自由伸缩。在器内机构作用下,处半紧张状态,使操作人员无牵挂感。万一失足坠落,安全绳拉出速度明显加快,器内锁止系统即自动锁止。使安全绳拉出距离不超过0.6米,冲击力小于人体可承受的极限,对失足人员毫无伤害。负荷解除即自动恢复工作。工作完毕安全绳将自动回收到器内,便于携带。目前速查防坠器国内厂家生产的产品质量低、可靠性差,且核心部件难以摆脱对外资产品的依赖。速差防坠器的研制过程中,非常重要的就是可靠性的测试,因此如何搭建以速差防坠器为核心的生命支持系统,并测试其性能,以促进防坠落系统的优化升级非常重要。
