磁性温敏水凝胶的制备及其在静及交变磁场下释药情况分析
摘 要
目前具有磁性的温敏水凝胶早已成为热点话题。其可以在体内环境下交联凝结,并可以根据要求进行缓慢的药物释放。在靶向给药,生物医疗,软组织修复等领域都有非常广泛的应用前景。本文介绍了磁性温敏水凝胶的制备方法,采用纳米四氧化三铁作为磁源,壳聚糖/甘油磷酸盐作为温敏水凝胶体系,盐酸阿霉素作为模型药并对其在静及交变磁场条件下的药物释放情况进行了跟踪分析。

Preparation of magnetic thermosensitive hydrogel and its release analysis under static and alternating magnetic field
ABSTRACT
At present, the magnetic thermosensitive hydrogel has long been a hot topic. It can be cross-linked and coagulated in the in vivo environment and can be slowly released on demand. In the target administration, biomedical, soft tissue repair and other fields have a very wide range of applications. In this paper, the preparation method of magnetic thermosensitive hydrogel was introduced. Ferroferric oxide nanoparticles were used as magnetic source, chitosan/ glycerophosphate as thermosensitive hydrogel system, doxorubicin hydrochloride as model drug and its application in static and alternating magnetic field Under the conditions of the drug release were tracking analysis.
