小学社团活动开展现状与对策
——以杭州某区为例
摘要：在越发成熟的中国教育体制改革的大环境下，小学社团在给学生创造自由、生动活泼的学习环境，使学生身心发展等方面发挥着重要作用。但在实践中，兴趣小组存在一系列的问题。
本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等方法，对杭州市西湖区部分小学社团的开展现状进行研究，了解其在组织管理、基本活动情况、参与学生及指导教师方面的现状，发现其开展中存在的问题。
经过调查研究提出解决当前问题的主要对策有：校领导转变观念，加强重视程度；制定规章制度，加强组织管理；提高教师素质，增加专业指导；注重学生意见，丰富活动开展。

Abstract In more mature under the environment of Chinarsquo;s education reform. school folk the community ,is an important role in creating a comfortable and insiring environment, where studentsrsquo; physical and mental development .Therefore it is meaningful to do a research on it .
The paper is to research the status quo the primary school community in the Xihu section of Hangzhou City by using the mothod of Literature ,questionnaire and so on .Then understand their organization management, the basic activities, the situation of students and teachers, found in their problems.
