香精香料工业园废水处理工艺综述
[摘要]香精香料工业园区产生的废水种类很多且含有大量的有机物质，每一种废水水质成分、浓度因原料和工艺而异，既有香料、香料副产品、降解物，还有原辅材料，且含有大量有毒有害物质。水中污染物成分复杂，色度高，多数有强烈刺激性气味，是目前最难处理的废水之一。香精香料废水处理多采用化学法和物化-生物法，处理工艺方法有：铁碳微电解法，芬顿高级氧化法，生物接触氧化-臭氧氧化工艺等。

Methods Review of flavor and fragrance industrial park wastewater
Abstract：There are many kinds of wastewater in the flavor and fragrance industrial park, and they contain a large amount of organic substances. The composition and concentration of each kind of waste water vary with raw materials and processes, including spices, spice by-products, degradants and raw and auxiliary materials, as well as a large number of toxic and harmful substances. It is one of the most difficult wastewater to be treated at present because of its complex composition, high chroma and strong pungent smell. Chemical and physicochemical methods and biological methods are widely used in the treatment of flavor and fragrance wastewater. The treatment processes include: ferrocarbon micro-electrolysis method, fenton method, biological contact oxidation-ozone oxidation process, etc.

1 前言
香精香料是食品的重要添加剂之一，其需求量在全球以年均5.4%的速度增长，香精香料产业也正在各国不断兴起和扩大。随着香精香料产业的迅速发展，其生产排出的废水的处理问题也越来越受到人们的广泛关注。香精香料废水是一种高浓度，高毒性的废水，COD浓度高达几万mg/L，对环境危害极大。
本设计中的香精香料工业园日产生产废水近2500m3/d，园区各入园企业生产过程中由于采用了多种有机化学反应，使用大量的有毒有害化工原料，使得产生的废水中含有大量的有机物质。不同生产工艺废水在pH、SS、色度、气味、油类等指标方面差别较大。废水的有机成分中含有大量芳烃、芳香化合物及其衍生物，多达二十多种，其中还包括有毒有害物质如酚、甲苯、苯甲醛等。水中污染物成分复杂，色度高，多数有强烈刺激性气味，是目前最难处理的废水之一。绿水青山就是金山银山，我国在新时代倡导绿色发展，可持续发展的理念，即在不破坏生态平衡和保护环境的前提下发展经济，故而探求有效处理高污染香精香料废水的技术是十分紧迫和必要的。
