黄酮类化合物的荧光性能研究
摘 要
本文简述了荧光产生原理的理论基础、分子结构等因素对荧光性能的影响；综述了荧光探针及其识别机理。同时，本文对黄酮类化合物进行了简单的概述，介绍了黄酮类化合物的提取方法、测定方法及其生物活性；并以槲皮素和桑色素的黄酮类化合物为例，阐述了利用黄酮类化合物的荧光性能可以检测黄酮类化合物的浓度，或者其它金属离子的浓度。

The study on the fluorescence of flavonoid compounds
ABSTRACT
This paper has been introduced the theory of fluorescence and the factors of fluorescence properties, such as molecular structure. The fluorescence probe and the recognizing mechanism were also reviewed in this paper. At the same time, the extraction methods, determination method and the biological activities of flavonoids compounds were summarized. And in this paper, taking quercetin and morin for examples, the detection method of flavonoid compounds by fluorescence spectrophotometer based on fluorescence property of flavonoid compounds were reviewed. And the detection methods of metal ions by flavonoid compounds as fluorescence probe were also introduced in this paper.
