摘 要:高速泵是一种基于新理论而研发成功的用于输送小流量、高扬程介质的新型离心泵。目前,高速泵技术还处于发展阶段,有很大的改进空间。相比国外而言,国内高速泵的设计相对落后,在低比转速与优化方面还有待提高。本设计将提出一种结构相对简单的高速泵,能通过多级调速而提高转速,从而能够有效提高高速泵的工作效率,尽可能地减小高速泵的整机重量和尺寸。本设计针对高速泵多级传动设计进行适当的改进,改善高速泵的水力性能和工作稳定性。高速泵的结构研究与发展对我国的石油、航天等领域有重要的意义。

Summary for Design of High-speed Pumps

Abstract: High-speed pump is a new type of centrifugal pump which is successfully developed based on new theory to transport small flow rate and high lift medium. At present, the technology of high-speed pump is still in the developing stage, and there is great room for improvement. The design of domestic high speed pump is relatively backward and needs to be improved in terms of low specific speed and optimization. In this design, a relatively simple structure of high speed pump can be improved by multistage speed regulation. Therefore, the efficiency of high speed pump can be improved effectively, and the weight and size of high speed pump can be reduced as much as possible. This design is aimed at improving the multistage drive design of high speed pump and improving the hydraulic performance and working stability of high speed pump. The research and development of the structure of high-speed pump is of great significance to the petroleum, aerospace and other fields of our country.
